Ish, No bullet in the chamber EVER. I keep the mag pushed in 3/4 and can snap in it with very little noise. Then pull the slide back and you then have one in the pipe and the action is cocked. I can take it apart and put in back together without even looking at it. I guess I'm saying if some moron wanders into my web, he is going to die. Couple in the upper chest and one in the brain-stem. End of story and no need to ever go to court. If he happens to crawl out the window before I'm finished then I'll just drag him back in. If I die in the process then thats just how the chip fell. Nothing to do about that. Trust me, he is never going to see the sun again. The shotgun is probably best, for all the reasons you can think of -g- I hope I never have to do it, but I know myself. Also, I have been shooting for around 24 years now, so I have some idea what I'm doing. Its just not a hobby. One gun is enough for me. When I shoot skeet or target I have friends that own many fine guns. I don't have the interest in taking care of them, and they seem happy (a better word might be proud) to let me use theirs. Someday I may get a target pistol or rifle. I will seek your advice if I elect to do this. Its just the drive to a good range is about 40 minutes, and it eats into my golf time. Michigan just passed a new law that makes it easier to get a CCW. I don't think I'll get one, but I do like the idea. HAGO TH
