You have a point. I consider hamburger a vegetable. If I was to become a vegetarian I would starve to death.

i live that way as well

however, If you can find a comfortable amount of moderation that lowers fat and red meat without much change in "quality of life", would not 10 more years playing with grandchildren and beyond be worth it?
