I haven't heard of him being personally involved in the excesses but I would assume he was. The trouble is, Bill was there first. Now it is just assumed all politicians are doing the same thing. And we should ask ourselves, whether our guy or the other guy is doing it, how long can our country survive with this rot at its core. It's not "we the people, by the people for the people" anymore; it is "of the money, for the money, to hell with the people."
