Bill,

Thank you for the information concerning Mr. D's declining health. I have always appreciated Mr. D's contributions to the DGIV thread and a few others that I followed. He has always been a gentleman and I was most impressed with his complete honesty concerning his investments and in general the way he conducted himself even though he caught a lot of flak from those ill informed. Mr D., I am sure that a place of honor is waiting for you in the hereafter. God bless and thank you for all you have done for your fellowman.........Bill Day

Thank you {{{Bill}}} for letting us know this horrible truth.

{{{Mr.D.}}} what can we say to express the feelings. I know there is so much that must be going through your head, but know this: you have touched many more people than you can ever realize by the way you conducted yourself on this message board and, I suspect, in real life. You've set an example that can be held up as a pointer as to how one can live his life in a way to positively impact those around him.

My best to you sir, as well as your family.

Lazarus

Mr. Derosa,
I remember the day you walked my wife and I through your house. You are the gentleman that William describes. William, you nailed him on the head.

Bill, I hope the cancer goes easy on you.

I will say a prayer for you.

Mr. Fish

Dear Mr D,

Bill it was a wild and crazy time in our lives when we were all chatting like crazy over this device we call the Internet. I can remember high high's and low low's following along and participating in our attempts to deduce the truth to what we wanted to believe so bad. Your leadership and support was much appreciated by us all. I know we never met or spoke but through others I did come to understand that you were what you proclaimed to be and spoke your mind with a will to try to make others understand your feelings. During the "excitment" I don't think the mrs and I missed a single post and many times you were our topic of conversation over a glass wine after dinner. We would chuckle and frown over your unedited and misspelt posts. In these emotional posts the real you would shine through and I'd be thinkin "Atta boy Mr D, tell them like it is"
I just wanted to let you know that we are thinking of you now and wishing you all the best.

Thank you Mr. D for standing up and speaking out with both words and actions.

Having put DGIV behind me I haven't checked the thread in many months. Don't know what I expected to read but definitely not such sad news.

My condolences to his family. If it is any comfort I always enjoyed his posts, his attitude and perserverence. I'm sure he will be missed but will not be forgotten by the many people he touched through the internet.
