You just seem really negative, Victor.

Everything negative said about AMZN is probably true. I've never been able to buy AMZN because I always felt their "we lose money on every sale but we make it up in volume and we never really expect to ever be profitable" story goes against my basic investing principles. I have ordered books from them though !

But AMZN has a wonderful short position. Maybe they won't go under as soon as the shorts think. We are overdue for a "rate cut anticipation"/short covering rally anyway.

Therefore, no matter what you think of AMZN, IMO, you should not rule out a decent short covering rally in the stock tomorrow based on the Walmart rumor/news.

I'm not saying its gonna happen; I'm just saying you shouldn't dismiss the possibility of it occurring.

Regards,
Chris
