If one compares the GKI portfolio for 2001, it is down over $41,000 or 34.2% since the start of the year as of last Friday and yet the Composite is down from 2470 to 2118 which is about 14.2%.Also, notice that no one pointed this out to him - although I would have thought that it was pretty obvious.
