If you look at the Australian index charts its one of the few markets near new highs. I was very surprised. I own fax as well and will look at IFX

Joan:

Ref: Fax. I have been following and am awaiting the dividend cut before I enter a position. Imo, it is almost a sure bet as about 1/2 of the current dividend is return of capital. Additionally, have you been following the credit quality of the bonds they hold. I noted over the last month a pretty significant detioration in their bond quality with a marked increase in their bbb or worse rated positions. Does that concern you ? I agree about the future of the Aussie dollar fwiw, but am shying away from establishing a position until the march (i believe) meeting where a dividend cut should be recommended. imo.

thanks
