The budget has not been cut. That's simply a Democratic talking point line.

After railing against Bush for not being (as you perceive), completely honest in regard to partial privatization of social security. It strikes me as hypocritical you would use such a totally disingenuous Democratic talking point line.

Reductions in the rate of projected future spending are not "cuts".

res- Bush's magic asterisk: how about $230 billion in yet-unspecified government budget cuts?

Nadine, apparently you do not understand the difference between a curbing of the growth of spending rates and true cuts. I'm glad to see that the Dems have you completely indoctrinated.
