Funny you should mention that, because Koreans are a VERY homogeneous group. You find one formula for success, and everyone else wants to imitate it to death. This is true for business, sports, pop culture, and even video games.

Like Stribe mentioned, individualism has always been a strength of Americans. But it is possible to take that concept way too far, and I've seen too many instances of that. On the other hand, Koreans can stand to go the other way. It's a balance, for sure.
