Does it sound plausible that they were talking about inner city kids? And was the radio program Rush L.?

Tim,

I can not believe how many stocks got sold off at the close. AMD did okay but some like NEWP and TXCC and JDSU when from decidedly positive to decidedly negative within the last hour.
