Isn't Samsung one of the Korean handset vendors that sells GSM handsets? Maybe that's where the weakness is...

Agree. There were 7 million more phones sold last quarter. Qualcomm did not sell that many more chips. Together indicate cdma phone inventory is very low and partly the reason why Qualcomm is caught off guard for such strong chip orders. JMO
