I believe much the same. As a matter of fact I have been promoted since we last talked to President and HMFIC. Don't ask what that means, please:) Anyhow the old head cheese insisted that blame be laid and we trash that to death whenever there was a problem. First rule I made was, "when we have a problem I want solutions, quick. I don't care who is to blame we can figure that out later, right now I want the fix." It's kind of the way I have always ran. I find laying blame and throwing accusations to be a huge waste of time. How bad the economy is and who is to blame is not material at this point, how we go about fixing it is.
