Compared to Lexus, BMW's are expensive for the same product/quality/reliability by 30% atleast. IMHO.

Mike, BMWs are the reliability leader amongst the European cars. They aren't quite up to the Hondas and Toyotas, but they may get there. The co. has certainly made a lot of improvements. When I lived in Germany in the 1960s, BMWs were jokes. 50,000 miles, then off to the junk heap. Now they are good cars and have been for awhile.
