The United States drains away Canadian brains and the muscular greenback beats up on the scrawny loonie. But it's almost impossible for even modest Canadians to avoid mocking when they watch urban Americans fretfully try to cope with what would indifferently be called a dusting of snow north of the 49th parallel. cbc.ca
