Speaking of the horse and his various parts, you have to give the guy credit for going down with the ship. Unlike many who claim he was just a cynical hypester, it seems he is a genuine (naive) believer who put his money on his advertising-model bets. It is satisfying to see the dot.com wreck unfold as many of us expected it from years ago. Now if the newly impoverished new-econ speculators would put their remaining money into my disk drives, I'll be all set. I wonder if William will be a good loser and admit that your cautions regarding Yahoo were worth discussing? I rather doubt it.
