It was OBVIOUS why they hoped in bed with this felon-infested shell ! They were strapped for cash. Then they sold a lot of cheap private placement stock. Of course all the old VALH insiders made out like bandits thanks to morons believing hype over reality.

Was securities fraud committed here ? Absolutely. That wont bring your money back nor your responsibility for your losses.

Actually, I think I posted that there was some discrepencies in the conversation as to who own what. I came away from the conversation that I had put Jon in a position that he had to rethink his response before he spoke. As far as BK goes, no one is going to tell you that. What I will tell you is this, if anyone was paying attention an if they read the SEC an then connected that to the shareholders meeting, one would of come to the same conclusion as I did. Something was not right. That is why I sold out an I think I told everyone here that an gave my reasons.;-((((((
