One of the basic tenets of Constitutional law which you abuse almost every hour, is the concept of presumed innocence. Did you know that applies to Democrats too?

I want a nuke. The Constitution guarantees my right to have nukes, chemical weapons, machine guns, biological weapons, and anything else I think I need to defend myself.

For Militia members. And not just wacko Waco style militias, but Militias organized by member States of the United States of America.

Members of the crips and the bloods in LA consider themselves to be part of their respective "militias". According to your thinking, can they be constitutionally denied the right to purchase hand grenades and submarines?
