Next time that happens...gather everyone up in the waiting room, and say to them (loudly of course) that you are going to send the Doc a bill for our time, and suggest they do too... Actually, if I was the Doc and knew I'd be late, I'd have my staff say that to the people waiting, give them a chance to reschedule, and allow people to make up their own mind if they want to stay or not. Seems rational to me, but then WDIK?
