I use to buy small penny miners, and still have a few under buck, but they haven't moved in years. Same for the small oil/gas drillers, you'd at least think they'd ramp up with the price, but Nooo! there's a glut of small producing fields out there..., just can't get the stuff to market and have a hard time getting the money to expand their fields and continue searching.
