Sig, I'm taking a change on NWL. Looking at MEE, PBY, SPP all them have baggage, but the charts look interesting. I have had success with CPN, 52 is looming large though. Greg

This is frequently one of the precursors to a rally---a shaking out of the last of the die-hard, "It's gonna bottom real soon, I just know it" retail bag holders. Get them to finally give up the shares they've been hopefully clutching since buying near the highs (you guessed it---after analyst upgrades), drive down the price a bit more, preach some gloom and doom and Armageddon, better get out while you still have something. Then the big boys step in, and away we go......... WS
