Hey, those automatic garage door openers aren't cheap and it's got new carpet and CAC, that's worth a couple 100 thou right there.....oh man, if you only knew what close to $600 thousand would buy around here. A year or so ago a property behind me was going for that. It was a new house built in the fashion of a 19th century farm house with stone and clapboard exterior, two stories, 8k square feet, 18 rooms, state of the art kitchen, 5 bathrooms, separate older tenant house, barn and other out buildings on 28 acres with a pond. 30 minutes from downtown B-more in an area zoned rural.
