Did your stock portfolio double or get cut in half during 1992-2000? Did America enjoy full employment or did we have a lot of people out of work between 1992-2000? Yeah, I agree. It would have been better if Bill Clinton had higher morals. But whose presidency was a success ... Clinton's or Carter's? Between 1992-2000 we had a ribald president but a robust presidency. Funny how things work out like that from time to time.
