Hi John.

<<...did we get perfed??>>

The perf gun was still at surface at 3:30 MST. I was told that they were still planning to perf later today but I do question that. A couple or three hours will tell now, I guess !! In any event, there'll be no cleanup flow and flaring until tomorrow after they've retrieved the spent gun.

Have a pleasant evening.

Later,
grayhairs

***** EDIT *****
I guess I shouldn't have taken that phone call after opening your post to respond. In the time I was on the phone we have some onsite reporting posted. I still question whether they will actually try to pop it tonight though. Time will tell.

Hi John M - what is your take on White_Magpie's post on SH per my post #14685?. He suggests in effect that this test will be tightly controlled at approx. 2-3 mmcfd for a couple of days, the well will be shut in while pressure tests are done, and then will be opened up

There has been much market anticipation about this test, consider Friday for example, so I begin to side with Dad's opinion that some sort of news release should be issued. Because the negative, and hopefully uniformed, view could be that what we see is all she's got? Most posts on SH and here are positive because W_M's view seems to make sense. And it's also possible that Anadarko is now calling the shots re publicity, and their practice may be different from Berkley's.
