Dear rich4eagle: I dont know what the correct number should be but we got some really good people now studying it. I suspect we will end up with more then you would like being spent for DEFENSE and less then others would like for OFFENSE. As you likely know, Bush is insisting on a MAJOR REVIEW of the entire program before increasing spending if in fact he ever does. JDN
