We subsidize the tobacco industry primarily because of Democratic politicians. I still remember Whopper Al's video where he boasted, "all my life, I've put it in the plant beds and transferred it. No matter how many exclamation points you place in a post, it's still ridiculously easy to expose your faulty assumptions and demagoguery for what it is.
