Ole Larry is rather prolific, so I'm having trouble limiting my Google search sufficiently to find the recent article I read. The gist of his argument as I recall is that the current problem is over supply (like before WWII down turns) rather than inflation (associated with post WWII recessions). His ideas are mentioned in this link
