Martin, are you saying that the NASD is investigating "spoofing"? That might be good, except it is a bit like the casinos creating an organization to regulate gambling. I'd prefer that the SEC do the investigating. . . .or some yet to be developed Nader type of organization like the "Investor Protection Agency". At least then we would know that whatever is done about spoofing is done in our best interest. The NASD will probably throw a few fines around. . . .which amounts to a slapping of the hands. Rande Is
