Radical feminists are as opposed to pornography as the born-agains, are they the same thing? The beliefs of Margaret Sanger are irrelevant to any discussion but one on the beliefs of Margaret Sanger. Many people today - including many conservatives - agree with Margaret Sanger's idea that birth control is a good thing. That doesn't mean they agree with her on anything else. Hitler was also incredibly anti-smoking, a committed vegetarian and in favour of what we is now generally accepted as a relatively healthy diet (i.e., plenty of vegetables, less processed food). Try going to Sweden sometime, or maybe Denmark, and Norway too. Note that these very welfare-state countries do encourage entrepreneurism and free enterprise. Note that they also have exceptionally low poverty, friendly and healthy people, clean environments, and regularly top international tables as the most desirable countries in the world to live. Note also their singular lack of belief in Nazi policies. And, being polite, how hard they will try not to show their revulsion at the offensiveness, idiocy and total lack of political knowledge indicated by your question.
