Thanks Chip. It does feel good to get the analysis right and act on it in a timely manner. I am only too eager to say that it has taken me some time to become detached enough to switch so quickly.

Man, I was shorting Nasdaq stocks all the way through 1999 and lived to tell about it, but when I think of how much easier it would have been to just ride the tide...

Thanks a lot for that, its the one weakness in our financial plan! Our place is 70 years old and far from extravagant, but not clear how it will hold its value if this turns into the ugly scenario I've been anticipating.

Much harder to sell a house than contracts on the CME.
