I start each morning with a legal pad and I draw a line down the middle of it. On the left I put down my actual trade with fills. On the right I enter what I was suppose to do or what I was trying to do and what the fills should have been. I do this for ever trade I make every day and compare them trade by trade and day by day and week...... It can be a very sobering experience and has done more to improve my trading than anything else. I suggest everybody do it. You will be surprised I am sure. boots
