Yes, but depends on outlook. For example, the semi equipment stocks do not reflect their declining orders/sales. That may be because their cycle is well defined. We know they always hit a higher next peak than the one before. Anticipation keeps the value up.

For SSTI it's more questionable. Is someone eating their lunch? Is flash memory on the way out? I have no idea. Amazingly the stock is up right now.

You probably saw Cramer from this morning (even more of a "SELL SELL SELL!!!" message)

so, of course, the QQQ's are up 6%. Would put more credence in the guy if he had been as loud and insistent at 5000 or 4000 or 3000 rather than when the the NAZ enters its biggest bear ever.
