I'll bet that there is an interesting reason and story behind your reaction. Existing laws do not demand proper penalties for hate based crimes. Our justice system fails in other quarters too, judging by the number of criminals loose on our streets with long records of felony convictions. You sound totally happy with our system of justice, and feel that it does well against the current nature of crime in the U.S. Well........ don't worry, be happy.
