There are LOTS of companies here in Silicon Valley that would KILL for that. Of course, they could get it (or close) but they don't want to pay the price. They simply include high turnover in their cost of doing business. Since all their competitors are too, they get away with it.

So what's the name of your company and is it public? If not, when will you IPO?
