Rosebud..

I hope we just had MOABO, but I am not convinced that we have seen the final bottom. The US economy has me a bit worried here. But looking longterm, I like your choices...I think MSFT can not be written off, they will continue to do very well for a long time. The storage sector will be huge..EMC, NTAP..especially EMC. I like Gemstar, more of a gamble than the others, but I think they will be a cash machine.

If we have seen MOABO, or close to it, I also think it smart to put some money into SPY & the QQQ's.

I still think technology will continue to be where the big money will be made, but obviously that is also where volatility and risk are constant companions.

I took money off the table last fall, and those funds will go into real estate projects. I am still holding MSFT, CSCO, EMC, GMST, SSTI & RMBS. In my taxable accounts I will stay very long with those companies, and in the SEPP-IRA I will continue to write covered calls on everything in that account, every month....I love that strategy.

I don't use margin, I find at amazingly sad to see how leverage has decimated some people. I'll never use it.

Cheers, to final bottom. Scott

Hi, Rosie. Could I please have the pepper?

While you are checking out Ballard, there are a few new alt energy funds coming out; I know Munder has one that either starts this week or next. I really think that we are headed in that direction, although Shrub and his Texas oil buddies are gonna try and stop it by drilling Alaska and the Calif coast.

I wonder if Nader still sees no difference between the Dems and the Reps.
