I guess that part of my logical reasoning behind the use of RU486 is that a line can be drawn there too. If the egg has not adhered to the uterus, it will not become an embryo. There are no other times, in my mind, other than conception and birth, that such a "black and white" line can be effectively drawn.

Perhaps you're not up to date on cloning where an animal is produced from an unfertilized egg.... Kinda like a virgin birth, right?? I've never been sure, wasn't Christ supposed to have been born from an unfertized egg?
