Expiration week causes the market to be up one day and down the next. It really is hard for me to evaluate what's next except I feel confident that there is another rate cut in our near term future. ;-)

Looks like many "investors" mistook a 1 day short covering rally for the real
deal....Amazing. You don't play games going into a triple witch Friday, you better know what time it is....

With 19 Japanese banks and 6 German banks one step away from falling into the abyss, there will be a lot of pressure in the international markets to plug the leaks quickly... Perhaps we saw large capital transfers from Europe and Asia to the safety of American markets and banking system before the axe falls in Japan and Germany... That may also explain the flip flops in our markets today... Either way, the warnings keep coming and the consumer spending keeps shrinking... The P/E's should continue contracting while traders, investors, and analysts look on in disbelief... Nasdaq 1800 looks like the next area of defense if the 2000 mark is broken...
