I also feel that we should STOP providing free legal help to criminals who have already been convicted of a felony. I cannot see why we "victims" must pay for the legal help of previously convicted felons, while my neighbors kids go without health insurance. << It is hard to effectively judge the level of someone's hatred ... >> Could you tell, at all, when a crime has been committed, which could be classified as a hate crime, against someone else because of their race, religion or culture?
