Quotecom messed me up... found this one but haven't tried it out yet. Looks promising, has anyone heard anything about them?

Spikey market caught me in the wrong direction a couple of times yesterday. Seemed I caught the initial moves going in my direction, but then it would slip back toward breakeven (pause on my part for not taking profits) and then eventually I'd have to cover at my stop loss points (could have flipped positions a few times and made out ok, but hindsight is 20/20). So, today I'm trading less than usual see if that helps (does over 10/15 round trips seem like to much for one day?).

I think we are range bound in the market for awhile, maybe 1150 - 1250 ish for a few... We shall see.

"Currently using QCharts with free Towsend CME quotes for reliable uninterrupted data."

How were you able to set that up? Sounds interesting.

Fred has been telling me the same thing. I used Ensign when I had BMI. I got rid of it because Tradestation takes control of BMI's Cable Box, so you cannot run both packages at the same time.

I cannot comment on eSignal's interface; I've bought it for the reliability but have not seen it yet. Ensign's Interface was pretty good though; at the time it was included with the BMI feed for a one-time fee. In particular, indicators like Parabolic and Volatility Stops worked better than similar Indicators on Tradestation.

So it's an idea that I may check into, thanks.

Hi LVL, have you made any progress on the charts?

Just wondering, looks like I'm staying where I'm at for the next few weeks, but then seriously considering a move to something reliable in fast markets. Seems like the consensus is eSignal?

Oh yeah, remember I said “I think we are range bound in the market for awhile, maybe 1150 - 1250 ish for a few... “ We’re there on the bottom end. Looking for the quick bounce sometime later today, but suspect some major testing probing this morning. Hmm, maybe just two or three decent trade setups today.
