It is white women are using this not white men. The white male the dreaded beast unless gay or sporting purple hair has little protection. A black person has as good a chance of becoming CEO of a corporation as a white male has of becoming accepted as a college professor in the "Humanities" (English,history,sociology etc etc). One of my best friends a dean at a major university said he just throws applications from white males in the garbage as they have no chance of getting the job,
