Competent? True. That indicats a "C" rating. I was hoping the president would be outstanding.

W has not been as bad as I dreaded. I am glad he is taking an analytic view of the military priorities, and delighted that he is expanding domestic energy. However, I, as mentioned more than once before, am turned-off by his tax plan. I just get the feeling that he doesn't understand economic policy.

Given my assessment of his IQ, Harvard and Yale being legacies and influence (his prof's were not impressed with his intelligence), I am delighted that he's deligating.

" I attribute no moral integrity...

Exactly how much do you attribute to "the most ethical administration in history"?
(Clinton's own words at the beginning of his administration).

I attribute no moral integrity and no intellectual competence to Bush.

And yet you will attribute these same characteristics to his predecessor? Open your eyes and at least try to be discerning......
