Somehow we (the stockholders) know that Dr. Schmidt was not, and is not a CEO. Any change is to be considered as a plus. The only thing I do not understand is that they (the board) appointed Mr. Messman as a CEO. He has been on the board for some time and his consultants at Cambridge did not know about Novell's products. Somehow it tells me that this deal was made for the good old boys and not for the stockholders. Dieter
