Why don't you check the insider sales list and see what took place between Jan.30 and Mar.5? I did. What evidence do you have that they knew they were making false statements on Jan 30th? Insider sales between Jan 30th and Mar 5th are not proof of anything. As I mentioned in my last note, if you look at the insider sales for the past year you'll see sales occuring throughout the year. Perhaps we should go back to last summer and sue any insider who sold above 100.
