What you have said is fine. It is "you" centered. But something that is true for me is hardly universal or necessarily "certain". This who line of dialog branched from a comment about certainty. We simply don't live in a certain world. I know how people want to generate certainty, but it is just that - a construct. Perhaps these constructs are not totally baseless, but necessarily, they are non-transferable, therefore "not certain".

Ever see that movie, "Contact"? Sagan makes the point that there are some things which by their nature are uncertain. It is oxymoronic to be certain about something whose nature is uncertain. The deepest mysteries of the universe are clearly of this ilk.
