OT - Campaign finance reform as embodied in McCain Feingold is either republican or democrat. It reduces corporate contributions more than those from labor. Here is my shot at a bipartisan reform: No contributions are allowed except from voters. These contributions may be unlimited but must be fully and quickly disclosed. There are treble damages to the other party if the rules are violated.

No foreign interest may lobby congress. They must take their issues through diplomatic channels and be represented by their diplomatic officials.
