Who do you think will be the Democratic candidate in '04?

Hammer,

I have no idea. It may depend where things are at. If Greenspan would do the right thing and jack up the interest rates to flush out the excesses of the bubble, then we may be on our way to recovery by the end of next year. But we seem to be taking the path of 1929 and the Japanese which will mean in '03-'04 rates will be near ZERO, but the economy will be far from recovery. In the latter scenario, I don't think it matters who the Dems pick, he/she would get elected.
