Carl, that is quite a leap of logic. You say:

Instead, the language that is being used is the language of the original 1990 filing.

Your basis for this seems now to be your belief that the actual patents in question should not have been granted.

I still nothing that indicates, or even suggests, that
the trial is about the original 1990 patent filing
as you say.
