Hi charred water; Nine minutes went by between our posts. There is no way that you have had time to go back and read the Markman requests by both Rambus and Infineon. Consequently, my conclusion is that you are either wasting your time in wishful thinking, or you are trying to get me to birddog quotes for you. Forget it. If you want to live in a dream world about what the nature of the judge's Markman decision is, go ahead. I'm not here to look through 300 pages of legal briefings for your trading benefit. I already looked, I know what's there, and I'm not going to look through it again. Go do it yourself. Or at least next time come back to the thread with enough delay (or better yet some quotes) to suggest that you actually did look through the files I said to. -- Carl
