Carl, Forget it...Go do it yourself. That seems quite the intemperate response. I did not claim to have completed your assignment, which was to read the '950 patent. I did not even ask for a link to support your dubious reasoning. Is this a strategy of "When all else fails, get hostile"? Now that you have belligerently suggested that the relevance of the '950 patent is in the Markman briefs, I guess I have an answer. I have read much of the material at www.rambusite.com, but will have to review these briefs. As ever, a real pleasure: - Greg
