I am not sure that you can fix it when the goal isn't to educate. The goal of the entire public education system is to produce people who are socialized to vote for the Democrat party. Are you aware that the SAT under fire now was originally conceived by leaders at Harvard to break up the system that allowed the rich to place their children into the elite schools ahead of more qualified individuals. The SAT was the most equalizing gift to the poor and middle class in this country. Now its under fire by the new elite who want the unqualified to have the same that the unqualified wealthy had. Also bravo for standing up for what you believe and being willing to take the heat on it
