As a first time purchaser of Sandisk PRODUCT, and a long time owner of Sandisk STOCK - it's very interesting. I went to Best Buy last night to check out the cameras I've been deciding between (it's between the Kodak 4800 and the Coolpix 880). I also looked at memory cards. They were out completely of Sandisk, had a few Lexar (48?) and plenty of memory sticks. I asked the guy there and he said they are all about the same, go for the lowest price. Unlike many BB employees, he was incredibly knowledgeable about digicams. That makes me wonder - since I can get Kingston and Viking CF so much less than SNDK, why should I go with SNDK (not me, but everyone else).

I have a question about CF Type I and II. Basically, what IS the difference? Image quality? Download time?
